Why join Innovate Academy?
The beginning of the academy year brings on new possibilities of inspiration and continuing goals for the year.
Whether it is getting new students inspired by STEM or helping the ones with experience achieve even more, there is always a lot to do.
At the heart of the matter, is really just being there for them each time they come to our classrooms. We might think we are just teaching them or helping them through the subjects but many times it’s much more than that.
We become friends with them, they become friends with each other and many a time, these students just want a friend to do the STEM life with.
Someone said recently when he heard that many of our students have now become successful adults, “hope they became engineers.” Yes, we hope for that but what we really want for them is to be alright and living their best life, whatever that may be.
By the way, not everyone we taught became an engineer, but they certainly became good problem solvers 😉

I could not help but reflect on the recent social media trend of life in 2016.
This is a snippet of what we did at ITRA in 2016 alongside many inspiring students who put in their best effort.
All that is left now are good memories of the things we did, the way we stretched ourselves to do almost impossible things back then.
It was the year of robots, droids and drones and also the year of no limits. We worked with so many people.
2016, May you give us inspiration again this year!

Some of 2025s notable moments. 🎉🎉 What matters the most is that our students have put in their best effort for the year and carry on with pride in their STEM learning journey. We are incredibly proud of the way they showed up week after week with a sense of responsibility towards their learning. It has made the year fulfilling. Next year we are looking forward towards achieving our greater goals of striving towards purposeful technology use in our classrooms, with the support of parents and our schools and our community. Wrapping up 2025 with gratitude for our families, students, and the incredible journeys we’ve shared at ITRA.
